Is this going to be like another Wizard of Oz thing? Where a monster storm suddenly appears, sucks us up, and spits us out into a different dimension? Oh, wait. [HUFF] Except got robots instead of Munchkins... [And he trails off in his mumbling, as he's putting some things together, only to snap immediately back into action.]

Right. For all the humans out there - is anyone injured? I've gathered some supplies in Solus's medbay 'til this thing blows over. [And he's not kidding - he's packed up quite a bit. And strangely in such quick time.] If it ever does, that is. I don't know what the Hell comes next, if anything, but I figure it can't be good. But if you've been wounded - let me know.

Kids - how are you holding up? Right now, your well being is my main priority. If I don't get some sort of response within the next ten minutes, I'll ping you each privately. If I still don't get any response, I'm gonna be making some house calls.

[It's a good thing he has all this energy! Speaking of which...] Anyone been feelin' a little... I don't know. Like they've just downed a pack of energy drinks, got souped up, and miraculously didn't experience any of the downfalls? I'd ask Solus myself, but given the situation right now, 'fraid I probably won't get any answers. [He looks to his glyph hidden beneath shirt sleeve.] Probably got somethin' to do with my tattoo going extra Christmas on me recently.

As for having the extra energy, I cannot say I feel any different.

It's an old movie in my universe. Considered a classic, even by my time's standards. Munchkins are like little people, only frightening.

As long as there are no ill side effects, perhaps you should not worry about it too much. Feeling more energetic can be a good thing.

I think I figured out what's going on, and it doesn't seem to be any cause for concern. But with this place, I sometimes have a hard time even trusting my eyes.

Will do. If you need somethin' to do, maybe go search the Junkpile for any equipment or useful things, like food, we humans could use? I try to go once a day myself. Went yesterday, and I lost track of time due to this... weird energy streak.

If I went to the Junk Pile I don't think I'd come back. Or develop a chronic hoarding problem.

No, it's not; I've seen this happen before with others. And it's not like this is exactly new to me, either. Just never felt... different, because of it.

Comes and goes. Usually picks up the moment I wake up and go to work.

Nah, it was just a blow-out. Weird, dangerous storm and then people go crazy. There are a lot fewer mutants than the ones back home, though.

I am all right. I got inside Nexus's temple when the storm started getting up. Heh, it worried Fang more than it worried me. Things will probably settle down, though; they usually do. Besides, I keep a lot of medical supplies on me.

Other people have mentioned that. I think it is a Solus thing.

If it caused people to suddenly go crazy and alter their minds, I'm pretty sure "just a blow-out" is little under-exaggerated.

And you may have medical supplies, but are you a doctor? I sure hope if your leg is lopped off you know your first aid kit may not be all that useful.

Not really. That was pretty standard for blow-outs, if you were stupid enough to get caught outside during one. If you live through it, anyway.

Not off the top of my head, though there was one girl... ah, Kay, I think her name was. She seemed to have gotten a little bit like that for a while.

I may not be Doctor, but in the Zone, you either know how to fix it, or you die. Broken legs, stitches, amputations, radiation poisoning. Stalkers do not carry just band-aids and prayers.

Right. I remember that. Didn't think there'd be a connection. Then again, my way of being energetic differs greatly from hers. [Like she wanted to go and fight people haha what a nut.]

[snort] I'm a doctor, not a mad scientist or butcher. I fix my patients, keep 'em healthy. Though a friend of mine would say I can be a bit... confrontational sometimes. Yeah, well, kinda hard to put complete trust in everything, especially when these Firstforged guys remain mostly a mystery.

[snort] I've been in the middle of grudge fight between Starfleet and the Romulans, so yeah, I've been in "the zone" of sorts. And whenever someone with a penchant to getting themselves into trouble and put themselves in harm's way tells me "not to worry," I always make sure there's an emergency medkit by my bed so when I'm suddenly woken from sleep due to some reckless moron getting his limbs ripped off, I will be all prepared and ready to go.

They are a mystery, just like most things. That is what makes learning more exciting.

[Strelok can't help but chuckle.] If I get my limbs ripped off, it will not be intentionally, at least. I get into trouble but I am not that reckless, most of the time. Though. Having emergency medkits here does not seem like such a bad idea anyway, yes?

Yeah, well, I know all about exploration and learning new things. And just how dangerous it can be if you're not cautious and careful.

Pfft. Some of these emergency kits are severely lacking. And most of the medical tools I find in the junkpile are useless or nightmares of Earth's past. [OH GOD NEEDLES? NEEDLES, WHY]

Yeah. Got a magenta outline around it. Probably connected to the energy surge in some way, though seems I got Solus to thank for that.

That could be it. It means that we're more connected to the Firstforged whenever it changes, right?

I'm able to use a little more of Prima's power now, too.

[He looks a bit thoughtful] I see. And, Prima... What's his color, again? 'Cause I think I might have gotten a little boost from him, too. Not sure. [But at some point it had changed colors, a little.]
