Yeah, no need to freak out, big guy. Mine changed too, see? [He turns the camera slightly so that his glyph can be seen better.] It used to be just plain black, now it's a bit brighter- well, if you can call black bright, anyway- and has a bit of a pinkish outline around it.

Apparently, if you glyph changes enough you sometimes get cool new powers too. Blurr's makes him able to fly, for example. I don't really feel any different, though, so I guess mine didn't change enough for that. [shrugs]

Shadowmaru, the Glyphs and the changes they go through are good things. And for this place, it is normal. Inasmuch as anything here is normal. In fact . . . look.

[He shifts so his shoulder is clearly visible to the camera.]

Mine used to be just plain white and about a third smaller. It's been brightening periodically, plus it's gained this faint gold outline. And just recently it got bigger.

It doesn't do any harm. It just means that much stronger protection from Unicron and his effects, I think.
