Perhaps letting people learn on their own can be good, but helping them to know the basics of what they need to know before letting them be is beneficial too. I am looking for those with construction skills, I would like to build a school house that allows for not only mechs of all sizes but organics as well to come and learn, without any of either group being set in a place where they can not see or be seen.
