That aside - I have more leverage against those who wear my mark than the police force. If I command him to stay, he will stay. Don't expect him to sit happily in one of your cells.

The threat of death or pain is more effective than the actual experience, I've found. I have no such thing in mind. I would rather leave his fate in the hands of his supposed victim.

And some of them were ready to sentence him on the spot. That is enough for me to withhold my trust. He will remain under my watch until the police have completed their investigation.

... unless, of course, Frenzy chooses to report to Prima's quadrant instead. Then I leave his fate to the police force.
