[Video] - transmission from Liege Maximo's temple

Hm... [Jetfire looks... somewhat like he feels out of his depth when the feed pops on, an expression somewhere between thoughtful and awkward.]

If you were going to give a gift to mark an occasion, would you match it to the other individual involved, or the event itself? [He shakes his helm, pausing and intending to rephrase but can't quite come up with something... This just isn't his particular area really.]

[A while after this question was asked, a second message, locked this time, gets tagged on.]
[Locked to DW!Starscream]
Come meet me on that cliff a bit outside Solus Prime's quadrant? The one that overlooks the forest.

Only a few. Anything more and you'll owe me.

[Jetfire is a giant white metal blob so no he won't be hard to find.]

Oh great.

[Starscream huffs and crosses his arms. If Jetfire called him out here for some sort of mushy, sentimental thing, then he was going to shoot him in the face.

Maybe.

He'd at least think about it.

Which of those annoying humans have you been talking to about romance?

[Starscream stared right back at Jetfire. Your things were his things and all.]

Which would be what? I assume it was nothing that interesting, because nothing you bring back is.

Usually.

[Starscream snorted at Jetfire's attempt to be slightly mushy, romantic, or whatever the slag he was attempting to do.

He did smile back however. Of course it probably resembled more of a smirk since Starscream was still Starscream.
]

Of course not. You couldn't ignore my glorious presence even if you wanted to. And if you did want to, I would shoot you.

[Probably.]

This means ... It's been an Earth year since we were back home. What do you think is going on there now?

If that's the case would there even be a point to going back?

[Starscream canted his head to the side and it wasn't often that he went serious without any snark on the side. But this ...

Even if everything was gone, there were still other planets in the universe to take over ...

Of course, he always could conquer another Cybertron instead.

[And Starscream glances back up at Jetfire. Come on lets talk about more depressing things.]

Or it's possible that the individuals who appear to be from the same universe might be from alternates as well. Maybe getting pulled here splits off from the original timeline.

Well, when we get back, I'll just murder my alternate and take his place using my superior knowledge to an advantage.

[Because only Starscream would consider killing his own alternate for power.]

Or I could make it my goal to destroy every one of my alternates and become one vast singularity.

[Starscream snorted but allows this, though he's not quite through talking.]

If there is a reality left ... considering our "disappearance."

[You know with Sunstorm blowing up and all.]

And no, it's not. There should only be one of me. Ever.
