[He looks ragged. Haggard. Someone hasn't slept in days. Maybe longer.]

[He keeps right on adjusting things, staring into the beaker for a long, long while. Finally, he pushes it away, still staring at it.]

[He blinks several times, and drags his hands over his face.]

I've finished. A... perfectly viable sample of... [He squints at it.] Synthetic energon. No thanks to constant interruptions...

Now then.

[One hand fumbles around, feeling awkwardly for the Link, while he props himself up on the other.]

I do. And I am. When one possesses an incomplete formula, one must complete it in order to produce a product. Which is precisely what I've been doing for months now. What you see here is the end result of countless trials. I wouldn't even dream of asking for test subjects if I wasn't certain I had a stable product to use.

Here, they may be plentiful. But I'm not doing this for this Cybertron. A fact which I have stated before.

Well, so does Starscream. [Every one can call themselves a scientist nowadays.] Improvisation leads to huge mistakes.

Sometimes not even months are necessary, you clearly need to try harder. But if you insist that it's so safe, why don't you test it on yourself? Besides, that shade of pink looks like most of the regular energon here, someone might get the two mixed.

There's no way to leave this place, much less take with your what you have here. Starscream was here before, far as I know, and he never mentioned this reality when we were on my world.

Which means that if you ever leave your memories of this place might banish.
