[ Arcee was a people watcher. It wasn't just the fact that she found socially interacting awkward-- it was the fact she enjoyed it. It was also terribly useful. She watches what goes on in her city, assessing certain things about the individuals that lived in the Haven. That one had a strange picking habit when they thought no one was looking, this one was a hoarder, the one there is one to keep an optic on.
It was a lonely way to live, but Arcee hadn't had much social connections in her lifespan to miss it.
