[so guess who was wandering around the junk pile after testing out his new gun on a few piles? this guy!]
[he'd heard the scuffling and sound of things being jerked around. maybe it was one of the wolves from the pillar?]
[he draws his shield and tries to get close enough to see what it is, hopefully without alerting it]
