[The manic look of someone very new to Cybertron has faded by the time Alia actually makes her call to the network, but there's still an unmistakable wide-eyed expression to her as the video feed picks up. It's probably not helped by the fact that so many of the inhabitants here so are blasted tall that she's paranoid about being stepped on.]

If there are any Maverick Hunters in the area, please respond. This is Alia. I, ah, could use some company about now.

[She taps the microphone-- decorative, thankfully-- on her headset and sighs.]

Ok, so I'll admit to being new around here. I got the orientation, but... what is there to do around here if you're not fifty feet tall?

Don't know about any 'Maverick hunters', but if you're looking for some more human-friendly accommodations, I'd suggest coming to the Hub's habitation wing. That's where I've been staying.

And here I was looking forward to building a treehouse in my room.

Nothin' stopping you if you really want to. The junkpile probably has enough materials and everything. But in the meantime, you'll probly want somewhere to sleep that's not a giant slab of metal.

Welcome aboard, Alia. Not all of us are fifty feet tall, unfortunately - or fortunately, depending on the situation you're in on here at the time. But there are a number of things you can do.

My name's Leonard McCoy. I'm the resident human doctor - and, as far as I know, I'm the only doctor here who can efficiently treat humans and a number of alien species I've yet to recognize here. I tend to a garden; grow food and all that, and I could always use a helping hand. The Junkpile is worth exploring, if only to find useful supplies. But I recommend being very, very careful out there.

I don't know much about environmental engineering I'm afraid.. but I suppose I could help find supplies. I'm told it's best to stay on a medic's good side.

[Not that this McCoy will probably be able to handle repairing her if it came to it.. but it's still a good personal rule.]

No, not really. It happens sometimes, but it becomes easy to avoid after a while.

If you don't mind my asking, what do you do around here? "Make the world ready for Primus" is kind of vague all things considered.

... I am pretty confident we don't have anyone present who has identified themselves as a Maverick Hunter so far, so unfortunately you're probably the only one from your home.

[Jetfire smiles slightly after that.]

The average height of a cybertronian is around twenty feet tall, with a spread from around eight or nine feet to forty-fifty feet for a very small amount, however. Our hosts are something of an... ah, exception. Of course, given the gross size difference I'd imagine ten or sixty feet making not much of a difference. You're human?

[He assumes she is, but asking never hurts.]

As for things to do... Presently, there's not much for anyone, so we occupy ourselves as we can.

Me? I spend most of my time cataloguing. I go into the Junk Pile and find any sort of item that interests me, catalogue it, and then bring it to one of my rooms. I also spend some time in Alpha Trion's library, or playing around in the lake. There's lots to do if you know what's out there.

It was worth a shot.

[Alia shrugs.]

Reploid, actually, but we live in the same scale. Ten is normal upper bound for my kind... though thanks for the correction.

[At least she doesn't have to worry about careless stepping-on as much as she feared.]

I see. I suppose "getting back home" has been pretty exhaustively researched, then?

[Well, the Junkpile is definitely getting moved up on the list of places to go in the near future.]

The library is nice.

[Text can't convey the little dreamy sigh, no. It's an impressive collection, even if some of the really interesting-looking stuff is going to take some work accessing.]

I got the impression things were more organized around here. I think I'm glad to be wrong.

We have a police force and a government, so there's some form of organization. Overall though, I think everyone just does what they want.

A little bare-bones organization is a good thing. Total anarchy is not nearly as fun as some people seem to think it is. I was more thinking in terms of what everyone in the temple was doing. They were pretty intense.

Are you talking about the acolytes?

The apologetic robe-guys? Yeah.

They're not like us, they serve the Firstforged directly. You can ignore them if you want. I don't think they're actually people.

How are they not actually people? They seemed normal-ish enough to me.

[Non-people generally don't actually hold conversations and emote where she's from, they mostly just beep and look cute before shooting plasma death at you, sooooo...]

They're drones. Once you interact more with actual Cybertronians, you will see the difference.

Asking for people you know is certainly understandable, it's just a pity we need to give you a negative reply.

Though given everything, it might be better to hope they do not turn up, since none of us truly belongs here... [Jetfire trails off, optics widening at one particular word.]

Reploid? Ah, we... had someone from your world here, then, before. Her name was Leviathan. [Then he lets out a fuzz of static.] With the equipment we have available and what we know, yes, anything so far has come back negative in regards to safe methods of returning to our own realities.

It will require far more research, equipment and possibly more risk than might be worth it unless success can be guaranteed to even begin getting a solution.

[Part of said risk he's already put himself in the way of.]
