I don't understand it.

We have a police force. We have a place to lock criminals away.

So what good is it if they just go free, and nothing's done to put them back! It's useless, isn't it!

Kagerou, you are a member of the Police Force yourself. The next time you feel this way I would appreciate it if you brought the issue to us before sharing it with the public.

This not only damages the reputation of the Police further but helps make the people more wary of coming to us for aid. What were you trying to accomplish with this?

Something is being done, Kagerou. We are trying to find and arrest him! And the jail is built as strongly as was possible, but from what I've been told, it was cobbled together from whatever building materials could be found. It's not like the fortified prisons we have back home.

["You're a member of the police force, and you're the one with the spy systems, why haven't YOU found him yet?" - he's thinking it, but...he won't say it. DAMN does he wish Shadowmaru were here right now, though!]

Perhaps the law is more in the hands of the police force now that the Firstforged are gone. Or at least their representatives. I'm not sure.
