There's a sound of a dropped vial shattering, and string curse words that follow. Suddenly, Ratchet sounds like he's closer to the device.]

Why didn't you just say that in the first place?!

[you could call his deadpan "fuck you" mode his shock reaction if it wasn't how he was all the time. woops.]

[He shakes his head and starts to gather supplies.]

He's an insane medic, I was honestly not surprised.

[there's a small pause.] The blowtorch though... that one was unexpected.

[he's not gonna move, bro. whenever ratchet gets to him, he'll be in one of the hallways sitting against the wall.]

[He rushes over as quick as he can, about fifteen minutes later and transforms from his alt mode once he's a few yards away. He runs up to him and kneels beside him, a large kit beside him.

Along with what looks to be a pair of three pronged claws.

He takes up one arm, inpecting it.]

Why would he want your hands?

[sentinel isn't really paying attention, just kind of staring blankly at the wall.]

How would I know? He didn't exactly sit me down and explain it.

[Well then, you won't mind him starting some attachment work on your wrists. His hand changes into a weilder and he starts to attach metal ligaments.]

Did he just... come out of no where?

[nah, he is beyond giving a shit. trying to avoid looking.]

Kind of. He's surprisingly quiet for a six wheeler.

He punched me in the head then chainsawed both my hands off while I was disorientated. It's really not that exciting.

Ratchet takes an energon cube out of his kit, just in case. He tries his best not to lose anymore of it as he works on the Prime's hands.]

He finishes his other hand.]

[sentinel flexes the claws, and sure enough they work! what a lovely valentines day present.

trying to pick up the cube was... a pretty interesting attempt. it was dropped twice, accompanied with pathetic whining. he gets it eventually, though.]

They definitely need tightening.

[He vents a sigh and reaches out to take one in his hand, taking out a wrench to tighten it.]
