[The feed opens to a reveal Wing, composed though a tad concerned.]

Greetings. I am Wing. I am searching for a certain medic who's name I regrettably did not get. Autobot, airframe, white red and cyan. Discernible by an unfortunately notable lack of hands.

[He'd leave that part out, because gosh, who needs to be treated to gory descriptions upon a first or even second communication with a stranger, but it really is the greatest identifying feature of the mech he's looking for.]

I met him in the Junk Pile and left him to seek aid, but when I returned he was gone.

Doctor, I hope you're out there and managed to make it to safety by other means. If so could you let me know? Or if anyone else has seen him and can share his whereabouts or condition I'd appreciate it.

Ah, Wing. I've heard so much about you. [Pharma is busy with something out of sight on the lab table.]

My designation is Pharma, and I'm doing just fine. Believe it or not, not long after you left Liege Maximo found your comrade Drift, and I. He was gracious enough to bring me here.

Did you come upon any trouble while you were out looking for aid?

You mean Pharma?

Unfortunately I haven't seen anyone like that, but if you're still looking I can help you search?

[He appears quite relieved. He seems to take this duty thing very seriously.]

Pharma, well met. It's good to see that your situation has improved. I'm glad Drift found you.

[The irony of offering aid and then sending a mech sicker than you is not lost on him.]

No trouble no, aside from discovering Drift was infected, though the arrival of the First Forged came as a surprise.

...You've heard a lot about me?

I felt it behooved me to attempt to contact him directly. I didn't want you to have to play messenger.

[He nods in greeting]

Thank you Deckerd, but I've found him. I appreciate the offer though.

That vial. With the green liquid. Yes. Now carefully add three drops from that into here.

[He's directing an acolyte, who is doing all the work that requires hands. Which is pretty much all of it.]

It was less finding me and more tripping over me. He was not in the greatest condition.

So you met them too? Helpful mechs, if a bit on the overbearing side.

[The jet medic looks up at the camera and grins.] Why, yes. From Drift.

I--what? Trust you to find Pharma or deliver a message? [He seems honestly surprised.]

But no, a question of trust was never part of it. When I came back you were both gone. I grew concerned so when I was able I tried to contact you both. I felt equal treatment was most polite.

Plus I made a promise to Pharma so I felt he deserved my direct attention.

You told me to find him. The 'deal', remember?

Pharma's safe. He's working on the cure.

Another medic? Scrap, how many of us are there here?

[He doesn't actually expect you to know the answer to this, Wing, he's just really bewildered.]

I did. And I've been remiss in not thanking you. I'm sorry.

I don't need to be thanked. That's not important.

[He frowns, like he's going to say more, then stops. ]

[He cocks his heads, mildly curious at what's going on.]

No, unfortunately.

I did. I found Vector Prime quite pleasant actually.

[Your grin seems telling, though of what he's definitely not sure.]

That would stand to reason I suppose. He was quite concerned that I might have contracted the disease.

I'm happy to hear that he's working on a cure.

[It's like history repeating itself. Drift, still feeling ungrounded, at a loss, and Wing just always coolly, perfectly in control.]

[And Drift's beginning to think that that conversation he wanted to have, had always wanted to have...was never going to happen. Like they were slightly out of phase, somehow, never quite connecting. ]

[It made sense. The past, as Wing kept saying, was the past. It was a hint. One he needed to learn to respect.]

[Another pause, and Drift's beginning to think he's the only one who finds these awkward.]

Ah, another disembodied voice claiming to be a medic. Must be a fad around here.

Hm, and you must be the third, then.

[He laughs shortly.] I'm not exactly in a fit state to be seen by strangers, I'm afraid~. [And neither are you, but KO's going to at least attempt tact.]

[Hey, he's cleaned himself up. ...Mostly. Okay, that optic just started leaking again. Leave him alone.]

With such a glut of us, I don't anticipate anyone will want for medical care.

[He turns and instructs his acolyte to start cleaning up.] Oh? It can't be worse than missing hands. [Chuckle]

[Ugh that is SO gross. And the nice thing about voice-only is he can make a face and you don't have to see it!]

Lucky them, eh? I don't know about you, but where I come from, mechs with medical training are at a bit of a premium.

[Hey no fair how come you get a servant and KO doesn't?!] Mm, it's not quite so inconvenient as that, I have to admit.

Ha! No, where I come from they are a dime a dozen. But medics with true skill? Much, much rarer.

[To the point some mechs have begun to believe that good medic hands are something one must be forged with.]

[Because he's crippled, you jerk.] I didn't think so. Well, I can assure you, no type of injury can gross me out at this point.

...Ahah. You don't say?

[He has no illusions about where he'd fall on a measure of "true skill".]

Oh no, it's nothing too gross. [He laughs again, sharper this time.] I'm just not presentable, that's all~.

I don't mind saying that I was considered one of high command's most valuable doctors.

Ah, so its a vanity thing. I see. [Smirk]

Short on beauty supplies?

Mn. You must be really be something, then.

I prefer to think of it as a pride thing, thank you. [Huff!] I haven't exactly seen a wax depot around here, have you?

Absolutely.

[Shrug] Whichever. And no, but wax is something easily created in a lab. I'm guessing you don't have one at the moment?
