I'm rather sure we don't have any diseases or plagues going on at the moment, though few known diseases affect cybertronians as it is.

But if you've got evidence of a disease on the loose that would affect the organic population, it'd probably be a good idea to spread the information so we can do something about it.

[Their organic population isn't large enough to survive a pestilence of any kind, after all.]
