Did you MEAN the war? Then it's over in certain universes but it doesn't matter here because Decepticons and Autobots are no fighting most of us don't fight, anyway and about WHO won.....it's relative.

That said, I can assure you that you are not alone. Perceptor and Springer are here for a relative use of the word here but I am not certain that they're the mechs you are looking for.
