I know I addressed the police force about the incident with Four once before but I have something else that I think is important to the entire situation.

[Having recorded the conversation with Frenzy, the therapist uploads it for their viewing pleasure.]

Considering the severity of the situation, at least in my opinion, I figured it was only right to include the Firstforged in this, thus my locking this post to them as well.

Hn. How certain are you that Frenzy isn't simply boasting? I wouldn't put it past him to claim credit for another's work.

I won't dismiss the possibility of Frenzy's involvement, but give me better reason to believe it than that.

[Rung's optics narrow a bit.]

Frenzy makes it a habit to try and goad others and get a reaction out of them. It's what he's looking for in whatever he does. It also makes him a poor liar because his ego gets in the way. Whenever he does something he feels is particularly malevolent, his ego gets the best of him and he has to continually boast about what he's done.

This isn't the first time he's done something to me to try and get a rise out of me and I knew what to look for this time.

He's not lying abut if you don't want to believe me then don't.

It is not a matter of desire; it is a matter of my unwillingness to punish one of my own without concrete evidence of wrongdoing. Innocent until proven guilty, isn't it? I am sure your Police Force will be able to make a case against Frenzy if he was indeed present.

In the meantime, I expect no action will be taken against him. I will deal with him if necessary.

I'm opening a new case and I'm going to arrest Frenzy under suspicion of torture and murder.

I will talk to Tarn as soon as I can find him as well.

You can bring him in for questioning, but we can't keep him indefinitely unless we have additional evidence.

The entire thing is rather off putting and I want to see something done about it as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like the response will be quick.
