[McCrane, currently, sounds much more flustered than he has in past broadcasts. Granted, 'much more flustered' for him doesn't amount to more than a slight urgency in his voice, but considering both Gunmax and Drift have just collapsed he feels a need to be urgent.]

This is McCrane.

We have two men in need of repairs, and we are unable to ferry them to one of the temples.

[This is guilt. Gunmax, he knows, is down because of fuel, and both he and Deckerd are too low themselves to tow him anywhere. To illustrate the severity of the situation, he points his badge toward where the motorcycle detective is lying, optics flickering even as he insists to a very-worried Deckerd that he's perfectly okay. Beyond, Drift is lying in a puddle of his own rust, not obviously injured but not moving, optics offline.]

Ratchet? Knockout? Is there anyone available with mechanical expertise?

[Wing's been watching comm traffic for medivac calls, knowing that there were always some in a situation like this. He's currently high over the Junk Pile scanning for those in need.]

McCrane! I can evac singles to any of the Temples for safety, Solus's if they need medical attention, unless you already have a medic enroute. Transmit your coordinates and I'll be there swiftly!

[It takes him a moment to find the coordinates transmission, and...when he does, he feels dumb that he hasn't used it before now. Have some coordinates.]

I can yes, I can make two trips if necessary.

[He notices a certain staggering white mech behind you.]

Wha--Is Drift one of them? [OH, whatever he just said, you're pretty sure isn't appropriate for polite company.] How bad? And who else?

[Coordinates are good, and wow is he thankful. It means he gets to abuse speed with precise vectors. Wing jets off in your direction at top speed.]

It may be necessary, though I don't know...

I don't know if a medic can help Gunmax. He's out of fuel.

[The incredibly serious tone is incredibly serious.]

Drift is. He just collapsed, but he has no major visible injuries. Do Cybertronians run out of fuel, as well?

[Because that's what it looks like. He'll wait here for you, but he sees you heading to land there by Drift.]

Where is your fuel store? Do you have any reserves left?

[Serious tone is equally serious.]

Yes but it'd be unusual. Maybe if he was exceptionally low when the fighting started, but that's unlikely.

[When he lands, Drift gets a deeply concerned look, then he turns to you. Because though Drift's already given him an assessment of the priorities, he wants a second opinion.]

What kind of danger is Gunmax in?

We used our reserves to power the Max Canon.

[They have none left. They made the decision, knowing this might happen, but it's still not easy now that it has. Still, keeping people safe was their priority.]

[He lets you check up on Drift, since he really doesn't know what is wrong with the Cybertronian. You're all too strange, for him.]

If Gunmax is not fueled soon, his engine will shut off. Without that, he may have some power from his battery for a time, but not much. [Especially with the way his eyes were already flickering--the charge must have been low. After that...McCrane doesn't want to think on what happens after that.]

If a medic arrives, some gasoline can be borrowed from Deckerd or myself.

[Wing nods solemnly. He understands this better than McCrane realizes.]

[He kneels next to Drift, a hand on his shoulder. His optics roam over Gunmax's form and then land on McCrane again.]

So what are our options? Search the Junk Pile for more fuel? Is there a way to perhaps hook an energy source to his battery as a form of life support?

We've been looking for fuel...

[The fact that they're in this situation speaks of how much they've actually been able to find.]

The best current option is to siphon some from Deckerd or I. It's temporary, at best, but if we can get him to Ratchet there may be a way to sustain his battery, like you suggest. Can...

[And of course combing the Junk Pile for more gasoline at this juncture had low chance of success.]

[He glances at Gunmax, his concern plain on his face.]

I can lift either of them--separately--to Solus's where Ratchet should be, but we should confirm that option first. Otherwise we've separated him from the only other option which is you and Deckerd.
