[ There's just a bunch of static on the line for a long while, and it wouldn't be very interesting to most unless you recognized the sender ID as a familiar one. After a few minutes of noise, a few words finally make it through. ]

[ And then the audio fades out into white noise for a few more seconds before cutting out completely. But perhaps you recognized the voice from the few seconds it came through? ]

[ Kagerou will find Ratchet in his quarters when he drops by. It's a bit messy, but Ratchet hasn't exactly brought any luggage, so... it could be worse. The medic looks rather worse for wear, though. He's scuffed and a bit dented and just... worn looking. ]

[He doesn't so much as drop in so much as... edge quietly inside, and stand in the doorway. The Autobot looks run down. Maybe he shouldn't bother.]

[And, so, he ends up standing there, neither stepping in, nor leaving. Just hovering.]

[ He waves at Kagerou, gesturing for him to come closer and maybe take a seat somewhere. There's a table with a pair of chairs, or there's the berth beside Ratchet. Ninja's choice. ]

[He straightens up when Ratchet turns, staring back at him -- it's been a long time. At least, for someone whose concept of time is so skewed.]

[And with that mindset, he steps forward, hovering briefly at the medic's elbow before doing as indicated, and perching on the edge of the berth, watching him.]
