[The video feed is... bouncing. For lack of a better word. In and out of the snow piled up amongst the odds and ends of the Junkpile. It's bouncing, because someone has discovered the wonder of playing in snow.]

[As a bird. Yes, that's right, there's a robotic bird-slash-pterodactyl hopping about the snow, its optics flashing. It fans out its wings, shedding snow everywhere, and generally looking pleased.]

Vandal! Kay! Look!

[Oh. It's just Kagerou.] Look, there's snow! Isn't it...

[He trails off, before his form shifts, becoming the robot the Haven is likely more familiar with. He steps over to something unseen, frowning, as a voice is heard -- in Japanese, but still:]

One minute left until the light turns yellow...

[His frown turns into a scowl. He reaches over, tearing paper.]

[It's... a stoplight.]

... why are you here?

[The stoplight merely repeats its cheerful message about the light being yellow before the feed is cut.]

[Kagerou doesn't seem to be the only one flopping around in the snow. Kay's been running around in it herself, despite how she's in a fuckin miniskirt and shorts yeah great job there smartie. Still, it's her first time actually seeing it, so she gets to have all the fun she wants, right?

The feed starts spinning with her as she twirls, looking up]

Kagerou! Look at it! It's all fluffy and white and cold and--WHOA!!

[Flop. She falls into it, dizzy from the spin.]

...What was that noise?

[He's not surprised she's out playing. But it doesn't look terribly comfortable for her... in those clothes. OH WELL it's snow.]

It's lovely, isn't it? [A beat.] Are you all right?

[He shakes his head.]

It's nothing, Kay. Don't worry.

It really is! I've never seen snow before, you know? It doesn't really snow much in California. Way too hot...

[She shakes the snow off of herself, looking in closer at the camera.]

Are you sureeee?

I've never seen it either... there was no snow when I broke out. And there hadn't been any inside.

[He shifts, so the feed shows only his frame.]

Yes, I'm sure.
