[Drift's been running a perimeter of the Badlands for a few days now, on the lookout for Megatron's mysterious attacker, as he'd promised. It's been...good, getting away, and just lapping miles under his wheels, in that almost zen-like focus of driving. And it's given him an idea.]

You know what this place needs? [He is excited so he will just rush to the answer.]

It needs a good race track. Not one of those just...oval things, but a fun one, with sharp turns and slopes and different surfaces. Like rallycross, on Earth.

Anyone want to help?

Point. Though given that the planet seems to shift nearly every day, I think that might be an issue no matter which method we use, and I'm not sure if any of the quadrants are more stable than the others...

True. Or at least, his notion of entertainment seems a bit...weird.

That's something else to consider. And all the more reason to have a track, which is safe and monitored. [You will not shake him from the awesomeness of this idea.]

I head something about a dissection after we got the monsters that came from the Lambda under control, so, yes, weird does seem to fit.

Mm, yes. [Optics narrowing thoughfully, Elita drums her fingers against an arm.] Well, if anything, in or out of the Haven, anywhere close to Nexus Prime's quadrant would just be foolish. Liege Maximo's, as you've already pointed out, Prima's... Maybe Solus Prime's.

[Though she'd rather they keep away from the crystal trees.]

I suppose we could compromise and choose a location with enough flat ground to build things partly up around, and enough hills to excavate or use them as part of the track.

I hope so. It'd be fun to have an actual and challenging race track available. It was a long time ago I had the chance to use one of those...

It would be. I haven't had one since Earth. And even then it was sort of...just me.

How long since you were on Earth? I'd have to say, for me... it was long since before I got my speedboat alt.

Before Solus Prime supplied me with my new altmode, I was, yes. [She smiles, the glow from her optics softening slightly.] Can't really compare how it feels to race on... or through, I suppose, a liquid medium to doing it on the ground, but it just wasn't practical to keep a boat alt when on a Cybertron with even less seas than we otherwise have.
