I have spoken with Prima, and he's reminded me that we must have members with every Glyph on the Law Committee if they are going to let us make our own decisions.

[His lips purse together. Autonomy is important to him, especially given what has been happening of late.]

Since Pharma is still awaiting sentencing, it might be best to do this soon.

Did Ultra Magnus tell you he was going anywhere? There is a pile of reports on his desk.

Hmm. I would rather not drag this sort of thing out any longer than need be. That said, this should be easily rectified, provided others wish to assist us in this.

[And Optimus doesn't really expect people to be that apathetic. He shuffles a few datapads, looking through their records briefly.]

I can simply put out a call for assistance from those of Glyph alignments that we still lack representatives from, unless anyone already knows of someone who might be willing to join.

That is my thought as well, sir.

[He only knows you through proxy, but if you're on the committee then you get his instant respect.]

A call might be best. It would allow for different individuals to offer their opinions and their suggestions, if nothing else.

Very well. I will get on the network here shortly - if anyone wishes to be on the committee already they can announce their availability there as well.

How many do we need to add?

We need to add three, at least. One from Liege Maximo, one from Nexus Prime, and one from Alpha Trion.

Probably. I don't keep track of every psychotic killer though.

And ahhh, we still need members representing the boring brigade.

I think it would be best to keep the measures...less extreme. And possibly to make the populace aware of them.

However, we may need some sort of physical punishment if we're not allowed to detain.

Given the way the Firstforged keep the Haven protected, I do not find them boring.

In that case the Law Committee is missing a Trion, Liege and a Nexus member. I can make an announcement to let people know and see if we can solve the issue quickly.

I tried to contact him these last days and I had no luck. He's been depressed lately and I'm not sure if he's purposely hiding or in trouble. Those reports aren't something he would ignore willingly. We need to look around for him.

I will also take care of the paperwork.

That is correct, sir. Optimus Prime has already volunteered to make the announcement, though, so at least that is taken care of.

I appreciate it. Its not impossible for me to handle, but I know you get more enjoyment out of it than I do. [He'd rather count shotgun shells. Now there was entertainment.]

We may need a dedicated officer for investigating missing persons claims, given how often they surface.

That's good. He seems to be pretty known in many universes, people looks after him.

He has a very commanding voice. That might be useful.

That worries me, as well. I wish there were a better way to keep track of everyone, but implementing any such system would take a very, very long time and a lot of effort.

Voices do a lot, don't they? [Blurr is happy MCCrane can't see him. he's internally cursing his speech patter.]

And not everyone here will enjoy being keep track. Perhaps we can add some sort of mechanism into the comm links?

I have been thinking about it, lately. I have an idea for a basic system, but we'll need a programmer to implement it.

He's the one carrying the Matrix, at least that's what I've been told. It's not like that in my world, so it's all a bit hard to explain. Let's just say the Matrix it's really, really important.

That's really sweet of you, McCrane. Things had been a little tiring lately and there's a few touchy matters that I have yet to figure out how to handle. But everything's fine, really.

[Except, it's not. He also had a conversation with Bulkhead involving Wheejack. He can't mention that, however, because he didn't tell anybody about his relationship with Wheejack. If one could call that a relationship, Blurr doubted it.]

I don't think anybody could ever be prepared for the things we encountered here. It's understandable McCrane.

I don't think killing is going to do anything. That being said, neither will imprisonment. There's not an easy answer short of dismantlement.

That is what worries me, as well.

We may have to consider alternatives that we normally wouldn't. Taking away some privilege. Some small pain, perhaps.
