4. [ACCIDENTAL VIDEO]
[the fact that this is an 'accidental' video comes through, quickly - the camera is bouncing around, though somewhat repetitively. what's visible though is Raf's upper body, and he seems to be grabbing on to something metal (though not without a pair of gloves).
he's also laughing. the kid's breathlessly exhilarated, the type of laughing you get when you're on a roller coaster that may have seemed a bit scary at first but you've come to love. why would it be scary, you ask?
another jostle of the camera shows more of the metal he's grabbing on to - it's heavily segmented, intricate, and aside from what's immediately near him, all of it seems to be /moving/ to the point where if a hand or foot slipped, it could...end badly. very, very quickly. but Raf doesn't seem worried at all. another jostle, and a bit more becomes clear, to where it looks like he's riding a giant, mechanical worm...
yes, ladies and gentlemen.

the camera, unfortunately, isn't giving a clear enough view to show where exactly they are, but at least he seems to be having the time of his life?]

[It's not hugely noticeable, but Ratchet's voice has a quaver to it near the end -- the rage is wearing off and turning into sick, weak-kneed relief.]

okay yeah Ratchet you are reminding him of his Mom and so he's immediately hugging back because he's fine he really is promise but you're the one who needs reassurance but

[And as he's talking, he pulls his hands a little bit away from his face so that he can look Raf in the eye properly, and also give him a little scan. Because medical attention = love.]
Are you ready to go home or do you want to say goodbye to your... friend first?
[Ratchet is giving Driller the side-eye, but he's slightly calmer now, so he'll let Raf say farewell, at least.]

[and knowing Driller, he's quick to turn around. HE'S FINE, PLEASE DON'T PANIC AND THINK HE'S BEING ATTACKED, IT'S ALL GOOD-]
I'll...see you another time, okay?

[He kneels to put Raf back on the ground before transforming into alt mode and swinging his driver-side door open.]

but with a final wave at the Driller, he climbs in to Ratchet's seat, buckling up quickly enough]

[With the translators, you might not even notice, but Ratchet's switched over to base Cybertronian from the sheer stress of this whole thing.]
That child is under my protection, and I will not let him be injured by something as frivolous as going for a joyride on your back without so much as a safety rope to help him keep hold!
