Greetings Vectorians and other fellow residents of Haven!

I'd like to extend an open invitation to a social gathering. I know many of us at Vector Prime's tower have not had much chance to get to know each other, and we have recent additions in the form of Drift and any new members joining us from the recent group of Refugees. [Wing would love to meet you, come and say Hi!] The Red Rust virus has also been cured which is even more cause for thanks. [Kudos to Pharma.]

So please come join us in celebration! [He's practically beaming here. Uhh, sorry if you have spots in your eyes now.]

All peaceful participants are welcome, you need not be one of Vector's Marked to attend. [Non-peaceful participants might run the risk of finding themselves discovering how far down it is to the force field at the bottom of the gorge in which the temple is located. Just sayin'. Crash at your own risk.]

[Now he looks serious, like he's getting down to the real nitty-gritty.]

Okay. As you can imagine, our sources of entertainment here are limited. If you have any particular talents for performance you'd like to grace us with or other resources--like music or games--that could aid us then such contributions would be quite welcome! Some refreshments will be served.

Ah, let's see, what else... RSVP is not required but encouraged, especially if you plan to bring any contribution of food, beverage or entertainment. Hmm, for those who aren't consumers of energon, please let me know your needs/preferences, and hopefully we can work together to see them met?

Can't say I expected another Cybertron, but the welcome is a plus. [So are the other Cybertronians, really.]

And you, Wing. I did; have a pretty large selection of music, if y'don't mind tunes from Earth. And I dance some, too. I'm not half-bad even.

I hadn't either, it's a lot to take in. [The familiarity, regardless of faction, is definitely a nice plus!]

Earth music? Sounds interesting! I've never been there so I don't have much context, but the humans should feel more welcome. Do you have a means to playback and broadcast too? I'm an okay dancer, but certainly nothing worth a public performance. I'll likely do a sword kata instead. I'm better practiced at that at least!

Their music is one'a the things I've got to give them kudos for. Think you'll like it. And I've got a built-in stereo system, though I might oughta dig up some auxiliary speakers just in case.

Well I have to say I'm eager to hear it then! I bet we could find some auxiliary speakers in the Junk Pile. Or I may be able to ask Vector's Acolyte.

There's another mech offering to do some music, I need to get his designation though... I'll get back to you, maybe you'd like to coordinate?

[A laugh.] Yes. I'm a knight trained in several Cybertronian martial combat styles. My order teaches various traditional katas. Many are teaching, exercise or practice tools, but some are a bit more flashy and just for show.

I'll see if I c'n dig up some in the Junk Pile. Gotten pretty good at sifting through garbage lately.

If it is who I think it is, I'd love t'coordinate. [Because if anyone here is musically inclined, it's his Axiom party-bro. And getting to work with him would be completely awesome.]

Mm. You can work that sorta thing into dance. What I've done with martial arts.

It's certainly not a skill I ever expected to have to cultivate, that's for certain.

True, it is a blade dance of a sort. Of course, without the weapons in hand it might feel a bit strange... You do some martial arts as well?

It gets easier as you go. And sliding down and jumping t'other piles can be pretty fun.

[He chuckles.] Yep! 'S Soundwave; we knew each other from before. I wouldn't trust another mech more than him to rock a party.

And I do. Picked up a few things here and there. It was prudent to learn a few hand-to-hand techniques in case I didn't have access to my primary weapons.
