Shooting it in the face seemed like a good idea, though. Or... maybe not. Well, she was dead, so what was the issue? This place was obviously a hell specially cultivated for her. Planet made of metal? Metal humanoid things standing over her bed when she awoke? Yes. It would sound like hell if she believed in it, and if Ashley were here, Shepard might owe her an apology for not believing in that afterlife stuff.]

This is Commander Shepard of the Alliance. Can anyone read me?

[She'd already come in contact with Mordin and was currently trying to make it to his location without being seen by anyone else (stealth wasn't her thing and she sort of wished Kasumi were here right now.) It didn't surprise her that Mordin would be in hell, all things considered. Of course she had wished that all of her teammates would end up in a nicer place if there was one, but still no shocker. And of course his presence confirmed her suspicion that she was dead. Not that there was any question. The Catalyst had told her there was 0% chance of survival. But for the Geth and EDI... It was worth it, wasn't it? She'd never know.]

Location unknown. Hostiles all around. I'm undetected for the moment, but I could sure use a hand or a friendly face right about now.

[She'd keep the feed open in case anyone else responded, but she still had to find Mordin.]

What, do you have amnesia or something? I thought you'd always remember the day we cured the genophage and led the mother of thresher maws to kill a reaper for us. [Since, y'know, that's not something anyone ever really forgets. Ever.]

I take it you didn't make it off Earth, then?

[She only asks because she's remembered she's dead, not because she thinks you're weak. But maybe she thinks you're wreckless sometimes.]

[Yeah, that was a long time ago. Shepard had been dead and revived and beat the reapers and stuff between that. Lots of stuff.]

Rendevous at this location and I'll explain everything. [She Pinged him Mordin's coordinates, knowing that even though Wrex didn't like Salarians, he would play nice. He only killed for money or when something threatened him. Mordin wouldn't threaten him. Hopefully. She started wondering which one she was going to find bleeding to death.]
