[Someone's been digging through the bar's storeroom looking for decorations for the dance when he comes across a little reminder. Well, not so little. He'd found it in the Junk Pile two months ago and had no idea what to do with it all. And once unpacked, it was more than he could haul back to his room much less have space for. So it'd been sitting, covered by on old tarp, forgotten in the bar's storeroom until now.]

[Wing waves into the video feed, looking, frankly, a little bit perplexed and perturbed.]

A lot of us received anonymous gifts quite a little while back. Mine was...quite large. And unfortunately, try as I might, I can't discern...what it even is.

[Wing holds up one of pieces of equipment which looks decidedly like an energy weapon to him, something he seems none too pleased about. He steps back to gesture behind him, to where a bunch of similar equipment is strewn about one corner of the room.]

Anyone want to help me sort out what all this stuff is? I'm at a loss.

[And one might notice, if one paid particular attention or just had a habit of staring at Wing's frame in general, that something has definitely changed since his last broadcast in December. His lines seem sleeker and the proportions in his chassis do seem different.]

On an entirely different note, I'm also happy to announce--albeit a little belated--that those to which I offered flights or tours of Haven, I can now accommodate you.

[Judging by the way this brings a smile back to his face, he seems inordinately pleased by this. Someone finished his cockpit modification and can carry passengers!]

I'm not really a builder either, that's McCrane. I just see a need and facilitate the planning. Someone needs to. I don't like the idea of people going hungry.

[ And well, in a way he does have a bit of experience, having watched Crystal City being built from the ground up. ]

It'll be much larger than this, and secure, so people can drop off donations. And I hope we can encourage a barter system, where people can trade food items they don't want for others they do. I hear organic food has a great deal of variety to it.

So far organization-wise it's just me, but I've already got a great many responsibilities, I'd never have time to keep inventory or oversee rationing or bartering. I've actually been hoping to find someone willing to do it...

I'll gladly volunteer.

[ Saber raises her hand to her chest in a saluting and confident manner. ]

I have experience in organization and overseeing such things. I would also be comfortable with asking others for help as this entire thing could become a large task. And of course, overseeing them.

..That is, [ Saber starts, her tone much more modest than when she was listing her capabilities. ] if you'd have me.

Would you? It'd certainly take a load of my processor.

[ Wing brightens considerably. He's not sure why he hadn't thought of this earlier! ]

I'd love to have you, yes! That would be perfect, actually. The place needs someone to manage it with more knowledge and experience than I; I only know so much about organic foodstuffs. And I imagine it could become a very large project yes. It doesn't need to be the sole place food is stored, but it might end up being the largest since it'll be close to the eatery.

[ Oh, right, he probably hasn't mentioned that part yet. ]

Ah, we're working on that too...a place humans and others like them can prepare and eat food. Not a restaurant, more like a self-serve kitchen. We hope, anyway.

[ Saber listens intently as Wing explains things, and then nods. ]

I wouldn't mind also watching over this self-serve kitchen. I am not much of a cook, but it's obvious in its relationship to this storehouse. Since I will be looking for volunteers, I'll see if anyone who knows more about the culinary arts would be willing to look over the kitchen.

[ She pauses to think again. She has one other official duty, but that is it. It'd be nice to have something more to take up some of her time.. ]

I'd be honored. Please place me as, ah.. what is it? Manager of this storehouse and kitchen.

[ Wing gives a pleased grin. ]

If you would, please? I can even let you have a look at the plans, and give some feedback from the perspective of someone who'd actually be using the place.

[ You know, things like putting the dishwasher near where the dishes are kept is not necessarily a thing a Cybertronian would consider. ]

Call it done then! I've taken to calling the storehouse 'the Pantry' because well, it's mostly pantry goods as humans call them, but the eatery has no official name yet.
