[No one could blame him. Animated Megatron is awesome though, one of the most focused and competent Megs. And that considering that he spent a whole season being nothing but a half destroyed severed head with no body.]

Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons but after the 'cons lost the GREAT WAR they were forced to agree to an armistice and exiled. THAT didn't stop Megatron from traveling all around the universe looking for the AllSpark . HE went missing AFTER he had an encounter with a small Autobot repair vessel led by Ratchet and a younger bot named Optimus Prime.

My people thought him dead but not much before I arrived here Decepticon groups were uprising right along the galactic rim claiming that Megatron's return was close I WAS sent by Longarm Prime and the council themselves to find the double agent on Earth and while I was there I intercepted a communication between the De-cep-ti-con leader and the double agent confirming that Megatron was in fact still alive and close to launch an attack over Cybertron. That was when I...[He stops suddenly and shakes his head. It was his mission to warn the council about Shockwave and couldn't do it in time.]

I..ah...it's okay really I had worse.

No sense upsetting yourself. I can do that just fine for you. [making light about it. Not tip-toeing around trauma, but not writing it off completely, either.]

You know how to make a Seeker feel special. [actually it's kind of true, he does thrive on praise, but he's trying not to let on too bad, because he knows how glaring a weakness it is, how his enormous ego can get in the way of plans and blind him completely to facts. He's lucky he's not permanently offlined.]
