[Cody has to sit down and think for a few moments. His first initial reaction to having everything explained to him is a strange mixture of excitement and dread. On the one hand, he's on Cybertron! He never in his life believed that he'd be able to see it. On the other, he's very, very far away from his friends and family. He'll manage of course, but he thinks that he'd be a lot happier of there were familiar faces around.

But now he gets the chance to talk to more Cybertronians! From different dimensions no less. Despite the deep pang of homesickness, he's eager to embrace this opportunity while he can. He picks up the communications device, takes a deep breath, and turns it on.]

Hello! My name's Cody Burns and I'm from, uh, Earth!

Does anyone know bots by the names of Heatwave, Chase, Boulder, or Blades?

Also I'm curious... is there a rescue force of some kind here? You know, for fire, police, medical, and other kinds of emergencies? Are there any places I can get food and water without having to go look through the junkpile?

How many other humans are there?

[Cody's sense of direction is pretty good, but it'll take him a while to get used to Cybertron, so he appreciates the extra directions.]

I'd like to know if you need anyone to, you know, help with calls or work on surveillance. I do both these things back home, and I'd really like to help if I can!

[He really, really hopes that McCrane doesn't try to say no because of Cody's young age. Cody figures having a job will keep him busy, and he wants to do everything he can to be helpful. Sure he's just a small human boy, but he's not useless right?]

Keeping Headquarters maintained, relaying important information or calls to officers on patrol if no one is at the station, helping to keep an eye on prisoners, helping to organize supplies brought in from the junkyard, and other duties as needed.
