[There is a lot McCrane has to get through in this, but it is less daunting with assistance. He stands by Ultra Magnus, barely fitting in the same frame due to their size difference.]

As you may have heard, both Ultra Magnus and I have taken over as head of Police since Blurr's resignation. We will be conducting all affairs pertaining to the safety of the populace residing within Haven, so if you encounter a threatening situation or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us or our new secretary, Cody Burns.

All members of the Police Force should check in at this time, as well as any prospective applicants.

[You'll get a nifty badge for doing so. Also, it'll help them figure out who they can send on assignments~]

We won't be able to do our jobs to the best of our abilities without set laws, however, so we are requesting the Law Committee to designate a Head of Operations to organize new laws and report them to us.

[Without official laws, the police are technically nothing more than a well-equipped band of enforcers.]

Pharma will need to undergo his trial, as well, since we do not have the manpower to keep him confined to Liege's temple for much longer.

[McCrane has been over there roughly once per day, and really...there was nothing to prevent him from walking out beyond the threat of Tarn.]

Finally, a number of our data-pads have gone missing lately. We are in the process of an investigation, but if anyone has any information or a similar crime to report, it would be appreciated.

I am also a member of the Law Committee, but I will admit it's extremely scattered and I am not too sure of its current state.

[ Saber recognizes McCrane now, but not the other. ] I don't believe we've met.. Ultra Magnus, is it? I look forward to working with you.

I am not certain of its state, either, but I believe there has been no unifying factor to hold it together. Perhaps we should hold an election, since it is supposed to act as a sort of government?

This is how most modern governments are chosen, are they not? By vote? I believe that'd be appropriate. [ She's used to monarchy or being divinely chosen, after all. ]

I think that would be the most fair; someone who is trusted or looked up to positively by most would win, and that would be the best representation. Each person still involved with the Law Committee would still be quite important.

I think you are right.

This way, any major decisions that need to be made with regards to everyone can be made by someone that was chosen to do so. We'll need to get a list of volunteers.

Can you talk with the members of the committee about this?

Hmm. I have only been in the committee for a few months, and since joining, I have seen no progression. I think I know of others who may know better of the committee than I do, so I'll see if I can track them down.

[ Saber is extremely reluctant to take charge of a situation when she has no real knowledge about it nor experience. ]

Worst comes to worst and I see no one has spoken up about gathering the committee, I will do it.

I believe it was still in the process of being formed.

When I spoke to Prima, it was still incomplete: We needed members with every Glyph. Since it has that now, I think we're in a good position to accomplish something.

[Even if it was just a basic framework of laws, it would give him something to go off of.]

I appreciate it, Saber. You have shown the ability to coordinate a large number of people before...I know I can count on you if it needs to happen again.

It is appreciated, Saber. I am also a member of the Law Committee. It's safe to assume that we'll be working consistently together.

How long have you been a member? As much as I agree with McCrane that we need to call together the committee, I don't feel comfortable doing it personally as I am a very new member.

[ Saber shakes her head once briefly before clarifying. ]

Of course, you are not the only option; there are other older members, but it seems you have experience leading a group already. [ And are likely much better known and liked than herself and some others. ]
