Hello! My name is Cody Burns, and I'm the new secretary for the Police Force. My first responsibility is to collect information on our medical professionals here. It'd be nice to know who you are, where you work, and what you specialize in. I'm hoping for a few... uh, organic? Doctors too, as well as Cybertronian or others.

We of the Police Force would appreciate your cooperation! Having this information will help us be a lot more organized, and hopefully help a lot more people.

I serve the police force as an enforcer. I am a soldier. Aerial combat specialist. [a smirk] I'm a Seeker. [as if that explains the previous comment]

So a seeker is a type of military group?

In a sense. Seekers came almost exclusively from a city called Vos. A very long time ago. A Seeker could take whatever career or profession he chose, but most joined the Vosnian Armed Forces. If we didn't serve our city-state directly, we often were employed by other city-states to serve as their aerial forces. When the war broke out, most took to the Decepticon faction.

I don’t know if it was a ploy by the Senate or what, spreading slander to discredit us because they felt threatened, but apparently the Prime, Sentinel – he was Prime before Optimus – ordered our city-state razed to the ground. They struck under cover of night. We had no warning. Even our best intelligence missed the coming attack. And they hit us with what must have been everything they had. By the time the dust settled, our home had been destroyed, half our numbers decimated, and the rest of us hunted like common criminals.

Many Seekers had joined the Decepticons before that, others were considering but hadn't made the move, and many others hadn't decided or believed the war would be short-lived and they had other things to do with their lives than throw it away against the skirmishes of a few temper tantrums of various people. There'd even been those who had joined the Autobots, but after Vos was leveled, they defected to the Decepticons. Of course, they were labeled traitors and hunted down twice as hard.

There aren't many of us left anymore. We were once the glory of the skies. Now . . . we are the terrors of the skies.
