[Open to all][Originating from Police Headquarters]
For the time being, it is recommended that all police officers avoid confrontations in Megatronus Prime's quadrant. The police station there is currently inoperable.
[Because Megatronus Prime was dismantling it. McCrane feels like possibly the worst police commander in the history of police commanders for bringing this about so quickly, even if he stands by what he said.]
Given our current state, I am worried that the Haven is vulnerable to disaster or attack. If you feel you are capable of rescue or combat, please let me know so we can coordinate if necessary.
Additionally, if there is anyone who can give suggestions for how to speak to Megatronus Prime--I would appreciate the assistance.
[Private to Ultra Magnus]
I would like your opinion before I go visit Megatronus Prime, also.
[He has more to talk to you about, but he'll start there.]
[Private to Blurr]
I am sorry--
[He doesn't know what to apologize for first, so he stops there.]
I did not want to let you down.

[He's kind of impressed. Not only are you reasonable, you're offering a compromise--which is really what he wanted in the first place.]
I don't intend to imprison anyone indefinitely--we've already been told that won't work. The prison is only meant to hold suspects until they can be tried. But after a sentence is carried out...
[This is a really good option, actually. He didn't expect to run across one.]
Yes. Giving the guilty to their respective Firstforged for punishing would make sense. I'll have to talk that over with the Law Committee, but it is acceptable to me.
audio/video
[ Pfft. First Aid wouldn't say he's anything to be impressed over. ]
At this time, the trials take a long time to prepare. It makes both the suspects and their Firstforged antsy. Ideally, it should be streamlined to a set schedule. Trial dates set. They can be postponed for one reason or another, but otherwise they shouldn't be.
[ He crosses his arms. ]
Obviously, I imagine the punishment would have to be agreed upon, but the Firstforged have much more power to their advantage. Look at what has been done before, just by accidents.
audio/video
I need to talk with you about Pharma, in that case.
[Which is related to everything that is going on here, in its own way.]
I would prefer a schedule as well. With unexpected events happening, leaving matters to sit can only cause further turmoil.
I just...do not have control over that. I run the Police.
[Trials and Laws were for the Law Committee.]
I think we could come up with suitable punishments, however. Do you believe Megatronus Prime could be trusted to carry them out, though, if he does not agree with the verdict?
audio/video
[ And he lives with Blurr, too. ]
You do have control over discussing it with those who can arrange that, however.
[ Just pointing that out there. ]
The guilty verdict? I would wonder why a Firstforged would have doubts about a verdict unless there was good reason. If there's reasonable doubt, then is it really fair to give a verdict? In any case, I am sure he would carry out punishment where punishment is due.
audio/video
[They've all had trouble keeping up.]
I have spoken with them. A number of times.
It seems bureaucracy is slow no matter what world you are on.
[He wishes he could show you the numerous posts he's made, but he knows it wouldn't help.]
I would wonder that, as well, if Overlord had not been removed from our custody.
I...suppose this is something I'll need to speak with Megatronus Prime about, however. If he agrees, then you are right. I should have no reason to doubt him unless he reneges on that agreement.
[And McCrane is going to get a contract this time.]
