Mm, for the moment, I've been focusing on that which originates in Smokescreen's universe. It's the only one so far which appears to have a definite formula or a sort.

Synthetic energon? Not familiar with such a substance. Energon in general is a new term. Curious. What is the nature of such a thing?

Energon refers to the substance we all use, universally, as fuel. Energy in a solid, or liquid form, to put it succinctly. Typically, the substance is naturally occurring, though, in my reality, as in several others, it has been used to the point of nonexistence.

... Hence the need for a useable synthetic form.

Creature, I believe. From what I've been told, it's a military creature, used in one version of Cybertron as a weapon of sorts.
