The only thing I can possibly conceive of would require a hard download of the entirety of his memory banks. And, from there, scrolling through every small piece of data individually.

Even then, there's no guarantee the procedure won't leave some sort of damage, mentally or otherwise, let alone a guarantee of it actually producing results.
