[OH HEY LOOK. Perceptor's back! And... apparently draped all over something. But for the moment, it's hard to see what exactly he's laying on.]
Ah, yes. Well. It would seem things are beginning to go back to a relative state of normalcy? And none too soon, I might add, considering the number of projects I'm meant to be working on...
[He pauses, shifting a little, and glancing at something off-screen.]
... Speaking of which, I'd like to go back to work as soon as possible. If anyone with information on the following projects would kindly respond, we can continue.
[He switches to text, typing out his list:]
> Wheeljack'sidiotic ship
> synthetic energon
> the location of the "DRILLER"
> the nature of the "DRILLER"
> Smokescreen's current status and location
[The list sent, he shifts again.] As I said, any information on those subjects will be most appreciated --
[And looks up once more, speaking to whatever it is he's looking at.]
Commander, kindly hold your legs still until I'm finished. Your lap is hardly as comfortable as it looks --
[END FEED.]

Ohhh...cute, you say that like I care. I know already what do and not do with synthetic energon, and I told you to specify but you was the one rude first.
no subject
I did.
I don't have any data to work on. And, so, I need to know everything.

I think this is what humans call 'completely missing the point'. [At this point Knock Out stops himself from rolling his optics.] 'Everything' is still not a valid answer. You could start asking how the formula differs from natural energon, what's the toxicity level involved in the process of the refinement, under what conditions of temperature can be processed...Ask the right questions to get the right answers.

If you're going to be so wretchedly nit-picky about this business, I'll take the formula.
Primus.

You didn't say the magic word. [Never ending trolling with this one, sorry Perceptor.]
no subject
If you don't mind.
no subject
[Oh you actually asked almost politely, that takes him off guard.]
Alright, it's the following:
[Actually, that's the formula of xantheose,a bitter alkaloid of the cacao plant but Knock Out added some parts of the Energon's real formula to make it look believable. He shouldn't be able to figure it out until it's made. Enjoy chocolate flavored energon, Perceptor.]
no subject
Hm.
I'll be certain to run that against the sample formula Smokescreen says to have discovered in Alpha Trion's library.
[SMILE.]

He's really a smart rookie, isn't he? Tell him 'Hi' from me.
[Oh Primus, you can smile.]
You are welcome.
