Ah, yes. Well. It would seem things are beginning to go back to a relative state of normalcy? And none too soon, I might add, considering the number of projects I'm meant to be working on...

[He pauses, shifting a little, and glancing at something off-screen.]

... Speaking of which, I'd like to go back to work as soon as possible. If anyone with information on the following projects would kindly respond, we can continue.

[He switches to text, typing out his list:]

[And looks up once more, speaking to whatever it is he's looking at.]

[As promised, Smokescreen would be waiting in the library, actually looking over the datapad that Alpha Trion had given him instead of the materials in the library though.

He hadn't thought about it at first but, well, maybe there was something useful stored inside it?]

[And just as promised, here he is, wandering on inside. It's impossible to hide those heavy footsteps though, so no matter where Smokescreen is, he'll probably find Perceptor before Perceptor finds him.]

[He definitely hears the other approaching and perks up a bit, looking up from his datapad to lean back in his seat a bit, waving to try and get the other's attention.]

[And, there he goes, making his way over to the smaller 'bot and peering over his shoulder at what he's reading.]

It's a datapad Alpha Trion gave to me awhile back.

[He held it up to show the other.]

It's got all sorts of data stored in it and I can keep track of stuff I learn and find on it too. It's pretty neat.

[He leans over further to peer at it, studying it briefly.]

[His doorwings twitch a bit but that's all the response he gives because of his almost slip there.]

I figured I might be able to find something useful on it..nothing yet though.

[He says nothing in regards to the slip. Or to Optimus' name. He'd rather not remember the incident either, though he doubts his own aversion is as strong, or as personal, as Smokescreen's.]

Hm. Perhaps we should browse the actual library itself, if this proves fruitless.

[Lowering the datapad, Smokescreen scrolls through a few more things, shaking his head some.]

It's a large library. Surely we can find something helpful.

[Doorwings twitching happily, Smokescreen tucks the datapad into subspace before hopping up, bouncing on his peds a bit.]

With determining how it's organized. And, from there, locating the section for chemistry or other physical sciences.

I think maybe it's by subject matter? But I'm not..really sure.

...It's by subject matter. Because I spent some time looking through the Cybertronian history that's here and it was all in the same section.

[His optics focus and he looks to Perceptor with a grin.]
