[(Accidental) Video] :: Location - Vector Prime's Temple

[The image that's transmitted fades in and out at first, interrupted by lines of static. Something vaguely seems to be moving just in front of whatever the video source is, but it's extremely blurry as though the feed receiver itself is out of focus. It isn't long before that starts to adjust, and soon enough one can see the looming face of the Acolyte.

There's an electronic squawk in surprise, and the screen shifts, just as some sort of thin metal arm with a slightly pointed tip pops out from somewhere around the camera source. Electricity sparks from its tip as its jabbed towards the Acolyte's face, sending the large figure reeling back, more out of shock than actual harm.

Amidst a flurry of confused and slightly indignant beeps and twittering, the transmitted image continues to move, shifting to a more upright position before moving forward.

There's a simulated scream as whoever it is seems to find out the hard way that it's been placed on some sort of pedestal. Which is pre-tty high up.

It's a lovely first-person view of the ground coming to meet you, and a metallic, somewhat hollow sounding thud follows once the ground is hit, effectively blacking out the screen. Apparently it's still on though, a faint warble sounding, as well as the footfalls of the Acolyte's approach. Aaaand cut.]

If you want my advice, find someplace you can stay and someone who can do repairs if you get damaged. Along with whatever you use for a power source. There's not a lot here, so most of your time's gonna be about surviving.

Not much either of us can do about where we came from until someone locates a way to send everyone home.

[Most practical advice there. Artoo whistles thoughtfully as he takes note. Oh, that's a good point. Be pretty useless if he ran low around here.]

[He nods.] Right now you're in Vector Prime's temple. He's one of the Firstforged shaping this place. You've probably got his mark somewhere, too.

[An inquiring chorus of beeps accompanies the question.]

Hang on.

[He removes his elbow pad and rolls up his sleeve to show the mark.]

You likely have one of these. You want me to look?

[Artoo hoots in appraisal. His domed head swivels as he gives another set of beeps, sounding as much as an "okay" as anything else.]

Give me a second. [And going to start looking you over. Maybe it doesn't have a mark? Can computers go insane?]

[kick_astromech]

[That's something he wouldn't want to find out. He's seen some droids short out, and it was never pretty.

His dome continues to twitch as he keeps Six in his view, watching curiously. Indeed, Six would find a familiar marking located on the "shoulder" of one of the droid's two legs.]

Found it. It sort of makes sense that that's where the mark would be. Definite pattern to location.] Well, that's good.

[Even if he wasn't sure about it, his beeps in response are definitely of relief. It wouldn't be fun at all to go crazy.]

Well then, let's get you to the rest of the group. Maybe you'll find someone who can help keep you repaired until we find a way back to our homes.

[Tweedling in agreement, Artoo turned about, ready to follow.]

[[Lead the way!_]]

[Six gives a small smirk at the message before turning to lead the way towards the main encampment. He isn't sure how fast the little guy can move, so he tries not to walk too fast.]

[kick_astromech]

[He's not exactly speedy, but he'll try his best to keep up. So long as there aren't steps or something. Those are tricky to deal with.]

[You're rolling along, R2. Six can figure out that stairs are the bane of your existence.]

[Speaking of, OH LOOK. Six pauses at the top, looking from the stairs to R2 and back.] This is going to be interesting.

[How to get you down...?]

[Oh yeah, that's just great. Well, Artoo isn't going to complain. He's dealt with stairs before, so when Six stops to look at him, the astromech goes right up to the edge, and then begins the slow process of tilt, lever, drop.]
