Why is it we are only allowed to interrogate if he comes to you? What difference should it make?

I don't trust any of you to have his best interests in mind while his guilt or innocence is determined.

[Not giving Frenzy a chance is exactly the problem. Does he get points for honesty?]

That aside - I have more leverage against those who wear my mark than the police force. If I command him to stay, he will stay. Don't expect him to sit happily in one of your cells.
