I took a look at the posts made over the past month and tried to pick out the important ones, just for the sake of organization. I was originally just going to do it for me, since I wasn't totally sure what was going on, but after a while I decided to share it with you.

The main concern here seems to be about who has the right to punish whom. Megatronus believes that it's his right and his right alone to punish Frenzy, while Blurr and McCrane believe that the laws and justice system should be upheld by the Police Force. Megatronus seems unwilling to compromise much.
-Blurr is set on bringing in Frenzy and questioning him.
