Video [Transmission Originating from: Megatronus's Sector]
So, uhm. I suppose I should start by saying hello to everyone that just got here? Also I'm sorry the Lambda dumped you here, we... really aren't sure why it does that. Anyway...
[Fracas dips his head a little bit and taps his claws together. Now to the hard part (for him, anyway).]
Ever since that whole thing where everyone got turned into the wrong species I'm really sorry if I freaked out at any of you by the way, I've been thinking. We've been building a lot of buildings, which is good and all, especially for food storage and a place for people to live that isn't as big as the rooms in the temples, but... why not build roads?
It would make it a lot easier for humans and humanoids to get around, especially if we find transport for them, like... scooters and bicycles and stuff. They wouldn't have to ask someone for a ride unless they wanted to and they wouldn't have to walk everywhere, maybe; this place is pretty big when you're less than six feet tall. And it would be a lot easier on the tires of everyone that has them to drive on something paved. I don't know about the rest of you, but I wasn't exactly formatted for off-roading.
I-I mean, it would take a lot of work, but I think it'd help most of us. Anyway I thought it was just something to consider.

Well yes, but... wait, what?
no subject
What now? Do you know the difference between race tracks and normal road where vehicles don't drive at such high speed, don't you?
[Because Knock Out is starting to wonder if you can really tell.]One if for fun, the other is made out of necessity.
no subject
[This seems obvious to him. Possibly because he isn't familiar with traffic laws so much.]
no subject
[Like Smokescreen. He knows the kid enjoys racing, but he's not sure if the bot will purposely get in a race track where Knock Out is racing.] I also like to drive fast everywhere, so I need good roads in all the Haven.
no subject
[Admittedly, he's not sure he'd trust anyone he was racing to not do that, himself.]
You... realize the Law Committee will probably set speed limits for the roads so no one accidentally gets flattened, right?
no subject
Yes, I am aware.
no subject
Mostly he's a coward and polite.]You also realize that some of them are... excessively serious about the law.
[Just look at that new guy that arrested Skids! He seems psychotic about the law. Get him started on speed limits and who knows what could happen.]
no subject
Cowardice is not new among Decepticon, but politeness...]I know very well. One of our recent additions to the Police Force acts like something crawled up his tailpipe and died.
[He's talking about Prowl, yup.]
no subject
It kept Starscream from murdering him whenever the engines broke down or overheated.]Yeah, that new guy that was picking on Skids. Which was not cool, but anyway... He seems very... interested in keeping everything orderly.
no subject
Starscream has such a bad temper, oh my.]We exchanged a few words. And I gave Skids a checkup and a few cubes, he was starving. 'Interested' is not the word I would use. The word I'm searching for; I can't say, because there's young mechs present.
no subject
Starscream is a terrible CO, he has to admit.]Well, as long as Skids is okay... he seems pretty nice. And I guess there's that, too, about that Prowl guy. Maybe someone knows more about that Prowl guy.
locked
So true.][Ey, you got a rare smile from KO.] He's not bad for an autobot. Pretty interesting to talk with. Uhm...then here's a new task for you: Investigate him.
locked
[Fracas straightens up.] Oh! Well, I. I'll see what I can do, sir. I don't usually talk to the police.
[Hopefully he doesn't get squashed in the process... again.]
Re: locked
You don't have to talk to them. That would make him suspicious. Just spy around a bit, I can't be that hard.
[AGAIN!?]
locked
... but wouldn't spying on him make him more suspicious than just asking him questions?
[... Fracas does not speak of what happened when he met Overlord.]
locked
Do you know how spying works? They aren't supposed to find out that you are doing that.
[Fracas look at your life, look at your choices.]
locked
[And DNW scrapping.]
locked
Remember that he's not allowed to kill anybody here. [Let's hope Prowls know that too :D]

[Who knows, maybe he won't even have to actually tail him.]
