Well, to be honest, sleep hasn't come easy for the bot in quite some time. And with Sideswipe now rooming with him, he's found himself lying and staring up at the ceiling more often than not.  It...wasn't a happy time, to say the least.  

He's..had a couple things on his mind, too.

Leaving a note for the silver bot, he exits the Vectorian temple to get some air...and maybe some space. He didn't want Sideswipe hearing part of what he was about to broadcast.]

...Does anyone have ideas on how to fall asleep? I cannot seem to rest my optics tonight.

[Or other nights, but he'd rather not worry anyone. Unfortunately, Mirage's fatigue is slightly showing.]

[His wings flick as he looks down, trailing his finger along the ground, drawing imaginary images.]

He is before a traumatic event occurs. I am after.

[Traumatic event. Now that was a subtle way to explain things. Way too subtle, Blurr thinks.] And that event...he caused it or he suffered the consequences? Or is tha tyou dont' know how to tell him?

[Cheetor had a hard time explaining Blurr what happened to him too.]

[The Ferrari continues to draw on the ground, making a little stick figure of himself.]

Someone close to him is murdered. His idol.

[That's sorta cute, not gonna lie. But Blurr's focused on Mirage's body language, trying to pick up signs.

Then he winces at that last part-`] A Prime!? But..that's not...WHO was him?

[Oh Blurr, you're going to LOVE this next part. Mirage pauses again, as if the words even hurt to utter.]

[Okay, the sentinel on his world is kind of a dick too but he wouldn't betray his own kind.]

[He tries to get over the shock and leans against Mirage, hoping to offer some comfort to the red mechs.] I'm sorry I don't understand what made him do that but I'm so sorry....

[When he feels the blue bot press against him, that arm snakes around his waist. In a slight hold. For comfort.]

He made a deal with Megatron. To revive our race he would use another planet. And then...Ironhide...

[Blur feels like he should be the one giving comfort, not the other way around. He's far from complaining, though.

Mirage had to say no more, Blurr could imagine what happened to Ironhide.]That's awful and almost unbelievable but I know you are telling me the truth. Ironhide... he was close to Sideswipe and Bumblebee?

[His optics shutter, his own way of 'batting back tears'...you know, if he could cry.]

Mmm. Sideswipe saw him as...a father figure. Bumblebee was close to him as well.

He wasn't too fond of me. But...that is not the only victim. My mentor, Que was shot.

[raceme]

[Blurr gives him a one arm hug. He knew this isn't the end of things, that there's probalby more Mirage worries about but he's unsure about how to voice the question.]

I'm really sorry, Mirage. Imreallyrelalysorry...Did you defeat the Decepticon who did it?

[This is the part that pains him the most.]

...No. He is...here.

[Blurr frowned, his arm still around the other bot.] Do I know him?

[perfavore]

[He shivers at that question, ducking his head down.

He can't answer that, but it should be obvious.]

[raceme]

...Ah. [Blurr should have known better. Now, in perspective, Barricade and Mirage's interactions make more sense to him. He looked down too, unsure of what to say.]

He was different back then. Bloodthirsty, sparkless.

[A hesitation.]

It's confusing.

Hm. There's a Decepticon from my world here too, he tried to kill me. But here we sort of ignore each other most of the time. Times of peace change people, we need to get used to those.

You could try to ignore him too. OR do you rather...confront him about it?

[perfavore]

I was the only Autobot here for some time.

I needed someone from my world for help. Shockwave was no relief, and Barricade was my only alternative. We have...kept civil relations.


But a part of me still...

["wants revenge"]

...kill him. [Oh, Blurr totally gets it.]

There was a time where the Shockwave from my world was here, I wanted him to suffer too. But that wouldn't have changed the past.
