Ladies and gentlemen, the race track design is almost ready. [Knock Out looks rather cheerful for once. On rare occasions he enjoys creating things more than destroying them. This is one of those times.  

The video changes to show a 3D design of a race track. It’s big, complicated and it has all the things any cybertronian who enjoys speed would love in a race track. There’s even a little animation of two cars racing, one is blue and white and the other is cherry red.]

Maybe the loop d loop's are a bit too much. [Knock Out mutters after seeing the white car crash and burst into flames.] 

Oh well, no great project goes without casualties…Who’s the lucky Firstforged who’s going to get a premium view of hyper excited mechs that might most likely end with a broken limb or two? Only if they don’t know how to race properly, of course. Drift never really told me what quadrant we’ll build this in and I need to adjust the design to the terrain.

Now, changing the subject…

Saber, my Little Lady, your boy’s ready for a ride. [Knock Out grins, pausing for a moment.] I mean, your bike is fixed.

Gunmax, how are those upgrades going? Perhaps your boyfriend would like one too. I’ll be more than happy to assist him.

Most of the brave Police members are lacking in the weapons department, you should get that fixed.

[Knock Out is not sure that sort of activities are good for your health, Barricade. Cables that go near your head are bad ju ju, at least in his opinion.] That only means you haven't found someone that can hale your properly. Shame on all those people who didn't try hard enough.

How did that work? [So curious now.] Who made it?

[Hey, he owns those cables and it's how he always pilots ships. There is something comfortable about being in that space.] Oh, they try quite hard. But in prickly in more ways than one.

Soundwave made her, Allspark only knows how. I never ask where his experiments and drones come from and I'm better off not knowing.

[Ey, don't blame KO, the only cables in his world that go into places are Soundwave's or the cortical patches Shockwave invented. And NONE of those do nice things.] I can be like that too, I understand.

Soundwave? Not Shockwave? Are you sure?

Absolutely certain. Shockwave was... indisposed in Chernobyl at the time. No one had heard from him in over 15,000 years. To my knowledge we didn't even locate him until maybe... two years ago?

And Soundwave, in spite of my misgivings, was a scientist and a keeper of many useful pets.

For one reason or another he always seems to disappear.

Oh, Soundwave had loads of them. The human-formed one, Alice. Then Ravage, Laserbeak, Rumble... he might have been slated to be Frenzy's partner if I hadn't shown up. He probably kept any of the soldiers he reduced to drones, too.

The one in my world has Laserbeak too, but he's not much more then a drone. I'm surprised to know he could tolerate Frenzy.

Yeah, I met your Laserbeak. Mostly wings, that fella. Mine looked like a vulture and rarely shut up. As for Frenzy... well. Pretty sure if Soundwave had emotions, he deleted them a long time ago. And Frenzy wasn't so bad if you knew him.

That's him. Not exactly a conversationalist so that new bit of information is amusing to me. I don't think I want to get the one here further, honestly. Yours...well that's a different story. I bet you kept him in line if he tried to do idiot things.

Yours never talks and mine talks too much. Of course, I'd wager mine was better at spying and assassination. As for Frenzy... From what I've seen, they all just need a firm enough hand from a mech willing to deliver it.

I wonder what could happy if both meet. Maybe the universe would implode. I'm sure your was better, my Laserbeack isn't much more tan a drone and thus not all that bright. [But boy, hurt him and Soudnwave will kick yo ass.]
