[The feed begins with Blurr in front of Rung’s office, the door open behind him. McCrane, Chromedome, and Prowl are inside; the latter Autobot crouched down doing something that seems important. Blurr speaks up after glancing back at them.]

As you may have heard, Rung was attacked in his office. The Police Force is currently investigating and Rung’s body is being examined. We will return him to his FirstForged as soon as possible to see if he can be brought back.

[Blurr frowns slightly, but mostly keeps a straight face.] We advise everyone to be cautious and not to take unnecessary risks. The investigation is in its early stages but if anyone has information that could help the case please feel free to contact us.

I..noticed that. I'm not sure if he will accept help if offered. I can always ask McCrane if we can assign him some protection, or I can do it myself without him noticing me.

[Blurr is good at the spying thing. Not so good at the fighting, and thus he worries that he can't be of much help.]

I know that Tarn is after him but not the detail.

At least just someone nearby to radio for help if Tarn decides to do anything. Drift is very stubborn, but he's been known to be lenient at times. [If you jump on him, maybe.]

[Ambulon wants to explain, but...] What do you know about Drift? What has he told you, or what data have you collected on him?

Yes I know he is. [Drift and Blurr had had complicated conversations in the past.] I will see what we can do.

Not all that much. I know thathim and Wing are close, that he was a Decepticon and that Tarn might be after him.

Okay. I didn't want to mention his Decepticon past if he did not disclose this information personally.

But that is your answer. That is the only reason Tarn needs to kill Drift.

He will rather go after him than after Autobots? However, we can't do anything about him if he does not infringe any rules.

As he is a pretty loyal Decepticon, I imagine Tarn's opinions of the Autobots are pretty low. Though his focus seems to be on traitors of the Decepticon cause. I've no doubt in my mind he'd kill an Autobot, however. I'm not sure if he'd go out of his way to do it, all things considered, but... Autobots are the Decepticons' enemy, so it's only logical.

[sigh] I know we can't. I'm not suggesting anything, just someone keeping a close eye on Drift and Pharma.

Somehow I am not surprised that Decepticon have that sort of twisted law. No offense to you. Knowing more about Tarn could help me, can you tell me what sort of weapons he uses or what he can do?

I don't know the extent of his powers. All I know is his voice has the ability to stop or destroy sparks. I don't know how he does it, if it's a natural program or a modification. I can imagine he's fairly strong in his alt mode, given he's a tank.

But that's all the data I have on me. Believe me, I wish I knew more.

I was told that he could do some damage with his voice but I had no idea that it was that. [Oh boy, Burr so needs to finish building that stasis pod.]
