He's loud and obnoxious.

I'm not sure what use he'll be to me.

Personally I think he deserves worse.

But I won't make it easy for him.

I don't like him and he doesn't like me.

Maybe you could punish him by ordering him to turn himself in to the police and serving a jail sentence. [half-serious here]
