Okay, so I was thinking. How many of you have ever been on a camping trip? I'd really like to do one of those sometime and I think it'll be a lot of fun! For those who don't know, a camping trip is when you just go out in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the outdoors. We can make a fire... somehow, and tell stories. Maybe do a little rock climbing.

Anyone interested? I think this'll be a great chance to get to know each other.

Let's just say that I'd been on my way t'Earth for around 15,000 years, and I was generally considered an adult long before that.

And I'm not even the oldest of my kind, either.

I have. Loads, really. And there's folks even older than me around, who've probably forgotten more about about the universe than even I've known.

If your lifespans are so long, I bet wars probably last a long time too.

They do. Most of mine has been spent in the war.

[And a lot of mechs never managed to get out of it, either. One way or another. Still, he can't say that he would have changed that... mostly because he doesn't know what would have happened if things had gone differently. He can live with how terrible things are if only because he knew it already.]
