Like, completely change color or shape or whatever? Dude, as freaky as it is, that would be awesome! It's like a shape-shifting tattoo.

Something like that. I assume that if it can get a different color outline by itself, it might be able to completely change its color or shape.

I can't say I've ever seen one of those before. But tattoos like that weren't as popular back on my world.

Probably a good thing, bad tattoos like that are a pain in the ass to get rid of.
