['Accidental' Video/Audio--video will be blocked for now]
[Given what had happened to Wheeljack, Lyra just wasn't all that inclined to stick around Haven. She needed to get her mind off things and exploring was one way to do that. So she'd pack up some food and her alethiometer and headed out in the middle of the night, not really caring to inform anyone of what she was doing.
She could take care of herself. She didn't need anyone looking out for her anymore.
Her daemon, on the other hand, knew otherwise and was trying to find a good way to alert others to what was going on and his chance came when they took a break from their wanderings, the little girl having made it to the far edge of Haven near the end of Liege's quadrant.
Setting down her bag with the alethiometer, Lyra plopped down and started to dig out some food, giving Pan a chance to 'help' her and dig out her comm unit at the same time. The little ferret promptly sat down on the comm unit as Lyra started to eat, turning it on though he was blocking the view of the camera for now.]
Lyra, how much further are we going?
Dunno. Going to see how far it all goes. There has to be a way to get home. Ain't no one gone far enough is all.
It..but it could be dangerous couldn't it? Lyra, I think we should go back!
No. I ain't going back there, Pan.
But what if Wheeljack wakes--
Shut up, Pan! Just..shut up! Please..
[Lyra can't even bring herself to look at her daemon as she says it though, and Pan finally slinks off the comm unit to crawl into her lap as a cat, tail flicking a bit as he nuzzles against her.]
Sorry Lyra..

Sorry Lyra..

I've been out there, brat! When I joined Megatronous to fight of the beasts that were invading Haven! I know what is out there and it is nothing that a foolish child can handle.
What will you do if you run into one of those beasts? Throw your petty insults at them?

Foolish child? I ain't a foolish child! I've stood up to giant armored bears, fought off Gobblers that were trying to kill me and Pan, fought in a battle against an entire army of Gobblers and their followers, and rode an armored bear through the arctic to track down my father who had kidnapped my best friend.
I ain't foolish and I ain't scared! I ain't got a reason to be scared because everything can be beat! All monsters have a weakness and I ain't going to let fear stop me!

You are blind to the danger and will not only get yourself killed but others as well, if you unknowingly lore one the monsters out there back to Haven! Have you even thought about that? Go ahead and kill yourself, but I will not allow some selfish, self-centered brat endanger others!
[And yeah, she turns off her device because she is summoning her Dragoon armor to fly out there. She's pretty sure she's seen that location around Liege Maximo's territory.]

Her jaw clenches as the feed cuts and it takes everything she has not to yell and throw her comm unit. Instead she shoves it into her pocket, ignoring Pan for the time being as she pulls the alethieometer out instead. She holds it firmly in her hands and stares down at it, the hands starting to move after a second and she goes a quick reading, looking for a place to hide ultimately.
Once it's found, she tucks it away again and darts off, Pan melting into the form of a wildcat to bound after her, the pair heading for a cave that's not far off to take cover.]

Thus his current form of a writhing ferret.
Glaring down at him, Lyra glanced towards the entrance of the little cave, practically holding her breath as she waited to see if the other would find her.]
[Action]
She straightens up and spreads the wings of her armor and flies back up into the air, making a wide ark so in case someone is in that cave, they will think that she is flying away. Instead of flying away though, she comes around behind the opening of the cave and lands lightly, so as not to make a sound, over the entrance. If someone were to come out of it, she will see them. There, she waits patiently.]
[Action]
She glances towards the opening of the cave again, really not all that inclined to leave since this seems like a safe enough place and they have been traveling all day.
Plus she really doesn't want to get caught and if, by chance, Rose is still out there..]
...Let's see how far back this cave goes, Pan.
[The words are whispered as Lyra hugs him close and pushes herself up off the ground, glaring at the entrance before starting to head deeper into the cave.
Sorry, Rose.]
[Action]
[Pocketing the glowing orb that uses to summon and unsummon her armor, she heads into the cave. By now her anger has burned away. She just hopes that the child doesn't come across any danger in the cave.]
