[Cody wants to say more on that, but he can't find the words. It's been a while since he last saw his dad, to say he misses him is an understatement.]

I wish... I've never missed a Father's day before. I hope Kade, Graham, and Dani are making it special for him.

[Cody doesn't want to seem down all the time, but it's hard not to be when each month passes without his friends and family around. He enjoys being here, he really does, but he wants to go home to Griffin Rock. Despite how he feels, he somehow manages a small smile at Smokescreen's offer.]

My siblings are all part of a rescue team. Dani's a pilot, Graham's an engineer, and Kade's a firefighter. Dad's the chief of police, and together they make a good team.

I'm going to join that team someday.

That's so nice that there is such a day to honor your parents, but I'm so sorry you can't celebrate it with him right now.

It's not the same, but, maybe if you keep him in your heart he'll still know you are thinking of him somehow, because he must be thinking fondly of you as well.

It makes me kind of sad, us being separated. I like it here and all, but I keep missing my family.

I hope next Father's Day we'll all be able to celebrate it together.

It's not easy at all to be away from home, but it's good that you're still being hopeful and not giving up.

Especially if you let your friends help you ease the sorrow and be there with you when you're sad.

[Cody beams up at Prowl and walks right up to him. He knows that Prowl is not very popular with others, but he can't help but like how dedicated the Autobot is. He feels that not enough people seem to see that Prowl has a softer side to him too. It's there and no one can convince Cody otherwise.]

A father is usually a male figure in your life who cares for and loves you. My dad was the best dad ever... I really miss him.
