[What a surprise: Sentinel’s angry. The acolytes are pottering around in the background of the video, having been shouted at and told to frag off. Clearly, any information they had to offer had fallen on, ah, deaf audios.]
Ugh, is there anyone around here who isn’t a useless maintenance drone? These things are swarming all over the place and I haven’t been able to get a straight answer out of any of them!
I’m a Prime; we’re supposed to get better treatment than this!
[He scowls into the camera.]
Anyway, any Autobots in the immediate vicinity report directly to me. I want to know what’s going on and, uh, where I am.
[This is about as polite as you’re going to get from him.]
no subject
[No, he'll never stop.]
The red on my chest it's a shade darker. [So not bothered.]
I am not like most Decepticons out there, in case you haven't noticed already.
no subject
What, the fact you have a car alt mode? Don't most Decepticons work together in the air, or something?
Were you so terrible at flying they forced you onto the ground?
[Decepticons are very rarely protoformed with coding to adapt to a ground alt mode back in Sentinel's 'verse. Seriously what is up with this red 'Con???]
no subject
Have you seen earth cars, blue eyes? They're a thing of beauty, unlike their insipid flying vehicles. Those have no class at all. Me, on the other hand...
[Knock Out points to himself. How can you not think his design is magnificent?]
[You don't want to know, Sentinel.]
no subject
They're boring. Earth is incredibly dull. That said, I am not surprised in the least that you're obsessed with them. They fit your personality to a T.
[VERY EASILY. Sentinel chooses not to mention he's still in Earth mode from being on Earth when pulled through the Lambda.]
no subject
Boring? Not so much when you know how to have fun. Humans are irritating as the pit, I'll give you that.
[Oh boy, the day Knock Out figures that...]
no subject
Irrita- wow. You're the first mech to agree with me on that. Always getting in the way and complaining about their gross organic functions.
[Shudder.] Stupid planet.
no subject
What can I say? Many of the mechs here had adopted the vermin as pets, it's utterly disgusting. [Knock Out makes a disgusted face.] Ugh, those.
Indeed.
no subject
It looks like a universal constant for Autobot teams to keep them around.
As an Autobot, I want to protect life. Doesn't mean I have to like certain races.
[As second in command, he should but these prejudices aside. But, lol.]
no subject
But shhhhm, let's not ruin themagic yet.]
Sometimes I'll never understand, they cause nothing but trouble and they're so small. You need to be careful not to squish them. [Do you know how hard is to clean blood from the wheels?]
Can't blame you, really.
no subject
Right? When I visited Earth I had to be constantly aware of their ugly pet in case I stood on it by accident, and their police force kept getting in the way of our sweeps.
Not to mention Optimus taking it upon himself to protect the planet just made it another target for the Decepticons. I'm sure they realised if they really wanted to put a spanner up the Elite Guard's aft, all they had to do was constantly attack a planet that was officially under our supervision.
The who situation was a mess, and Optimus is a moron for fixating on being 'heroic'.
[Because Sentinel doesn't do that either? Right?? Haha, no.]
no subject
Let me guess, it was some sort of little kid? Autobots just love those. They're ten times more annoying than the adutl one. [Les dangerous too, at least.]
That's Sweet Rims for you, always playing the hero and making things worse.
no subject
Exactly. Must be a universal constant or ... whatever. It's stupid either way, letting something that fragile and annoying around when as a race, we're ten times biggest than them at least.
Sweet Ri- oh. Ew.
no subject
It's a pity that now those are around this planet too. [Even if a few of them aren't so bad. Knock Out keeps that to himself, though.]
no subject
How ... fortunate for them that Cybertron has a breathable atmosphere.
no subject
Unusual, isn't it? The one in my world is toxic for them, I know that very well.
no subject
The Cybertron in my universe - thank Primus - has never had an organic set foot on it. I assume it's toxic, though. All the better to keep them the Pit off a planet where no-one wants organic contamination.
no subject
Consider yourself lucky. In mine the Autobots brought them along. Surprising, uhm? As if we didn't had enough with the scraplets being everywhere.
no subject
[Shudder.] If the Autobot team on Earth even thought about bringing their organic pet onto Cybertron I'd have them all court marshalled for endangering the general public of Cybertron. That, and she's REALLY annoying.
no subject
I approve of that measure. [Have a grin. he approves very much.]
no subject
[Regardless of his uncertainty, he snorts angrily.] The council didn't.
no subject
Ah, councils. [So much disdain.] They are rarely useful.
no subject
[He waves a servo in the air dismissively. This is something he'd rather not get into.] Most of the council hearings I had to sit through had too many comparisons to how they did things [Over exaggerated finger quotes] "before the war."
None of that matters any more, though. Guess I should be thankful I don't have to do that again.
[He forces a smile. Honestly, he'd rather be back doing that than stuck in this new universe. He was so sure Ultra Magnus had chosen him as a successor! Nonetheless, he doesn't want KO to see that he's lying, as no doubt he'd never hear the end of it - and blocking KO's frequency would only go so far.]
no subject
[That forces smile does the trick, mostly because Knock Out is confused about the new information.] Excuse you...again? The war is over?
no subject
Yes. It ended millions of stellar cycles ago.
[He bristles ever so slightly.] Autobot victory.
no subject
Autobot victory? Riiiii-ii-ght. It was different in my universe. We won.
[Before being dragged here Megatron destroyed the Autobot base, so yeah, he's pretty sure they had the upper hand.]
