Hey guys! For the last little bit, I've been working on a project, and I've just now got it to where I think I can show it off-

[-and he moves his Device to what looks like...a small garden of sorts. we're talking only a few feet square, but there's soil in there, there's what looks like UV lamps, and what could be a water pump?

more to the point. there's things /growing/ in it. green things. Ratchet's nearby, working some of the machinery, before pausing in confusion as Raf continues]

I was getting kind of tired of living off canned beans and everything, so I figured if we could get this on a bigger scale, we could have more food for people like me, Miko, Korra...and everyone else!

...Raf, where did you find this particular component?

Huh? [Raf turns, taking a moment to spot what Ratchet's pointing at] The pump? It was in the box I brought the other day, remember?

[and this is Ratchet looking somewhere between disturbed and...perplexed]

Ah...I think we need to talk.

[after a moment of confusion from Raf...he then cuts the feed]

Well, if you want to help me locate more of it so we can make a bigger garden...it's hard to turn just rock in to soil, because it needs so much.

Well, if you grind a rock down, you'll just get dust. That's what you need to start with, but you also need organic things - like, pieces of plants and animals. Maybe if we could find some worms...

[what? he paid attention in science class.]

...Would, ah, fossil fuels help with making soil? Not that I found any, but I remember hearing they were actually pretty organic?

Fossil fuels mostly are used as a source of energy. I may be able to use it to power a few things, but I don't know enough about the method, and I think there's some more efficient technology here, anyway.

Ratchet says that it hadn't been used in a while. I...think it may have just gotten separated from the body, because when I found it, there wasn't a coffin or anything [and man he really hates thinking about things this way CYBERTRONIANS ARE PEOPLE TO HIM]
