Respect within a team takes precedence over personal feelings. Losses are a part of war; that is something you should come to terms with.

... They lost Lord Megatron half of his forces. One of them regularly kills his own supposed teammates. Which also technically loses Megatron more of his forces.

How is that respecting a team?
How am I supposed to respect a teammate that doesn't respect that team?

Take into account how respect is earned. There will always be casualties.
