[And true to his word, Blitzwing is just outside the temple, with the box sitting at his feet.

Although the sight of Kagerou startles him a bit; he tenses a bit, more out of surprise than caution or aggression.]

[He transforms even before his feet touch the ground. His whole body is tense as well, in barely restrained desperation. He knows those. They're a link -- a tangible part of what he's lost.]

[He pauses, and cocks his head to the side inquisitively at the sight of the box Kagerou has.]

[He nearly drops the box he's holding in a desperate lunge for the one meant for himself. It's not a healthy thing, to need those weapons so badly. But he doesn't care.]

[It's only when he's asked the question that he manages to restrain himself.]

It's for someone called "Blitzwing." I found it on the way...

[And he's just going to snatch up his own box now. Like it's a favorite teddy bear or something.]

[Oh. Blitzwing raises an optic ridge, releasing the grip on Kagerou's present once he sees he has a grip on it.]

[He hands over the box, easily enough. If it's someone else's, then he has no business holding onto it anymore.]

[He takes the box without a word, tucking it safely under his arm and then... staring at Kagerou expectantly. After a moment, he says,]

[He has his own box clutched to his chest. Slowly, as if he's afraid it's going to be taken from him, he takes a step back.]

No. No, there isn't.

[He nods once and then turns to head back inside the temple without a second glance... but not before he notes Kagerou's seeming paranoia. Might be something to watch for in the future.]
