[Video] The irony here is lost on him.
[Starscream's been quiet lately, because guess what? Prison is ZERO FUN. Adding insult to injury, neither is torture... and what's worse than torture is being left alone and ignored. (Realising you're probably a malfunctioning clone, struggling with narcolepsy, and understanding that you're also being poisoned does put a damper on things too.)
He knows he's fallen out of the loop and that a lot of things are going wrong right now, but here's another attempt at pretending things are just fine until they really are.]
[The video pops on to reveal this asshat, and he looks more haggard then normal but he also looks somewhat smug. ]
Which one of you here is Chromedome?
[A set of condolence cards fan out from between his claws. "Our regrets on the loss of your loved one" can be read on the first.]
He or she has apparently lost someone dear to them. What a shame. It would seem however, that it's time for you to stop moping and to learn to move on.
[He holds up a book with his other hand, the title of which reads: How to Take a Breakup Like a Champ ]
The lambda certainly thinks so at any rate. Don't worry, I took the liberty of skimming the recommendations and I have to say it's all a load of scrap. That said, who did you lose? I'm all ears.[Because oh god someone gossip with him PLEASE or at the very least talk with him, he's SO LONELY.]

I've been... sleeping a lot recently. Oh don't look at me like that. I've been sleeping abnormal amounts but I'm not recharging at all, and I remain drained. It's all I can do stay awake. Even now I feel my systems dropping offline.
It's going to happen again. I can tell!
There's no other way I can account for this! It's been happening more and more frequently lately. I was out for nearly these past two days, so don't you tell me I just need a little beauty rest!

I went home when that happened. I remember that much but 2 weeks later I woke up in Shockwave's lab and he said my body had been there all the time.
[It was not a pleasant surprise to wake up with Shockwave holding a cortical patch that he just yanked from Knock Out's nape.]
I need to take an energon sample and run a scan. I don't know if the Police Force will let me get that close to you. [But he will try, he's that nice. Happy?]

It took less time to other people. Sometimes more too. There's not schedule set!
Home as in our home universe. Earth is not so bad, they have some talent when it comes to car aesthetics. But long story short, yes I went home and I had to deal with you unleashing a zombie apocalypse in the nemesis.
Shockwave was next to me when I woke up, that's all. [It was really creepy.]
[Knock Out's already going to the Police Headquarters and demanding a visit, chill and be patient!]

[Knock Out can't help but smile at that yawn. You kind of look like a tired cat when you do that, Starscream. A vicious, long clawed cat, but still. The vicious side is part of the charm.]

[The comm link goes silent for some time as he's getting inside the Police Force and demanding asking to see Starscream for a visit. After some reluctance, they let them in. The agents will be around in case the Cons dercide to try something, though.]

[Periodically until KO arrives, Starscream just keeps trying to call the Doctor. And then suddenly he's on the other side of the bars.]

[He says excitedly, looking happy to see him.
But then the expression smooths over into the normal disdain.]
I didn't think you'd come.

That's how things are, hate the game not the player.
[He's coming, he's coming. It wasn't easy, okay? Knock Out looks more than a bit irritated because ugh, the Police. Until he sees Starscream's smile, that was unexpected.]
I'm already reconsidering my current life choices. [He says with a sneer and then he gets all in doctor mode.]
They say they can't let you out because they think you are faking and they won't let me in because they think I would break you out. Which is probably a reasonable thing to think. I will have to examine you from afar, I'm afraid. I can take that energon sample, at least.
